Submit a fully completed Volunteer Application Form, with accurate information
Attend an information and training session (if applicable)
Work cooperatively with organization staff and other volunteers
Work as directed by staff and volunteer supervisors
Treat organization property, equipment and premises with care and respect
Support organizational policies
Maintain standards of conduct that represent the Kamloops Symphony Society in a positive manner

General Release

I do hereby give my consent to the Kamloops Symphony to use any photographs and/or videos taken of myself for their use in the following forms of promotional material.

I understand that said photographs may be used for display purposes during community events, for representation in brochures, pamphlets, monthly website newsletter and other promotional materials, social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and/or on the website, all of which are solely for the purpose of promoting the Kamloops Symphony and the Kamloops Symphony’s events.

Furthermore, I understand that said photographs, videos and/or quotations will not be used for any purposes other than those mentioned above without expressed consent from myself. I release the right to view or approve any photographs obtained to use by Kamloops Symphony.
