The Kamloops Symphony is pleased to announce a new experimental outreach series for the 2020-21 Season: The KSO Wellness Lab.
Wellness: The state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal. Laboratory: A place providing opportunity for experimentation, observation, or practice in a field of study.
Music is proven to be universal aid in the service of positive change. It is a well known therapeutic tool for individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, and other conditions. As well, musical talent and interest can emerge from a variety of backgrounds. By sharing positive stories, featuring inclusive and diverse musicians and talent, the KSO Wellness Lab aims to inspire and uplift our community.
