Admired for her stunning stage presence and exceptional musicality, Isabel Bayrakdarian has performed in major opera houses and concert halls around the world. Born in Lebanon of proud Armenian heritage and now a citizen of Canada, Ms. Bayrakdarian moved with her family to Toronto as a teenager.
She sings on the Grammy award-winning soundtrack of the blockbuster film The Lord of The Rings: The Two Towers, has won four Juno awards, and is the subject of a CBC-TV film entitled A Long Journey Home, documenting her first trip to Armenia. Don’t miss this remarkable performer!

Ensemble Made in Canada has risen rapidly to become the premier piano quartet in Canada. To their impressive collection of rare Italian instruments and individually outstanding backgrounds as performers, they add a unique and enthusiastic ensemble spirit that enlivens everything they do. This exciting ensemble was winner of the 2006 CBC Galaxie Rising Stars Award, and included in Chatelaine Magazine's list of "80 Amazing Canadian Women to Watch". Individually they have won numerous honours including Canadian Merit Scholar, Eckhard-Grammatte Competition, Canada Council Instrument Bank Competition, Grace Welsh International Piano Competition, Honens International Piano Competition, among others.
